Return policy
We accept product returns. Customers may apply for a return within 30 days after receiving the item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as received, with original packaging intact. To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not return your purchase directly to the manufacturer.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of its receipt, as well as the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a reasonable number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not yet received your refund, please first check your bank account again.
Next, contact your credit card company, as there may be a processing delay before the refund is officially posted.
You may also contact your bank, as there is often additional processing time before a refund is reflected.
